Privacy policy.
Here we explain which data we may receive, how we use it and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Data controller: Daniel Valmorisco — Valmo Car Broker.
Privacy email: contacto@valmocarbroker.com.
Telephone: +34 722 684 755.
2. Data and purposes
We may process data you voluntarily provide by phone, email or WhatsApp, such as your name, phone number, email, budget, location and details of the vehicle or listing you enquire about.
- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
- Deliver and follow up on contracted services.
- Manage invoicing, payments and legal obligations.
- Maintain communications about your engagement.
3. Legal basis and retention
Processing is based, as applicable, on your consent, pre-contractual steps, performance of the contracted service or compliance with legal obligations.
Enquiry data is retained for the time needed to respond and provide reasonable follow-up. Contract and billing data is retained for the periods required by applicable law.
4. Form, WhatsApp and third parties
This website's form does not store or send data to our own database: it prepares a message and opens WhatsApp so you can decide whether to send it. When using WhatsApp, Instagram or other external links, their providers may process data under their own policies.
We do not sell your personal data. It may only be disclosed to providers needed to deliver the service or to public bodies and authorities where legally required.
5. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to contacto@valmocarbroker.com and specifying the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6. Optional analytics and local storage
Only if you accept analytics do we record daily counts of page views, service enquiry clicks, prepared enquiries and WhatsApp opens. We group them by section and general source (such as Instagram). These data do not confirm that a message was sent or a service purchased.
The analytics database stores only date, section, source category, action type and count. It does not store names, phone numbers, IP addresses, visitor identifiers, listing links or form content. The hosting infrastructure processes the technical data needed to serve the website.
We remember your choice in browser local storage for up to 180 days. If you accept, we also keep the source category in session storage to attribute actions while browsing. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops analytics and deletes that category. Previously stored aggregate counts cannot identify a person and are retained to compare results.
You can use the website without accepting. We do not include advertising pixels or send these events to Google Analytics or Meta.
